Organically cultivated grapes from the terraced vineyards; native fermentation with its own natural yeast; maceration of white wines; low content of sulfur with no adding before bottling; aging on the lees in wooden barrels and concrete eggs; indigenous local grapes; unfiltered wines; as little interventions as possible in the cellar; partially using biodynamic methods ( work based on moon phases; microorganisms in the vineyard;…) are all trademarks of our family wine estate. Mediterranean climate 20 km from the Adriatic sea in combination with ideal altitude; marl Opoka soil; marine sediments; and the Bora wind; gives Fedora wines exceptional notes.
